Jason M. Montgomery
Jason brings over 20 years of experience to the table, having earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law and having been admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2002. His practices areas include civil litigation, real estate disputes and transactions, estate planning and administration, and business advice and formation.
Jason has experience handling matters in numerous courts, including multiple circuit courts across the state of Oregon, the United States District Court of Oregon, the Oregon Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His litigation record includes successful results in many proceedings in federal and state court, including civil jury trials.
