Jason M. Montgomery
Jason brings over 20 years of experience to the table, having earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law and having been admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2002. He focuses on helping clients navigate civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on real estate disputes and landlord representation. In order to ensure that litigation matters are handled efficiently and expediently, Jason assists a limited number of clients.
Jason has experience handling matters in numerous courts, including multiple circuit courts across the state of Oregon, the United States District Court of Oregon, the Oregon Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His litigation record includes successful results in many proceedings in federal and state court, including civil jury trials.
